Chapter 17 / 17

Open items

Open decisions belong in their respective repositories, not here. Each repo’s REPO.md tracks its current status and blockers.

What is blocking right now (April 20, 2026):

  • Framework Desktop not yet arrived. Blocks the mail server, AI inference, voice transcription, and the nightly ETL cron job. Paul ordered it (ETA this week).
  • Florian’s nightly dump not yet live. Blocks all data work — ETL pipeline, D1 database, and every AI tool that needs real Sodimo data.
  • ISP static IP and port 25. Jack’s open ticket. Blocks the mail migration.

What Paul still needs to send Thomas:

  • TARIF code labels (what codes 0, 11, 12, 15, 21, 101 mean) — blocks price decoding
  • DEPOT code labels (GEN, BRA, ECA, PER, RIM, TRA, HF3, HFE, OK) — blocks inventory views
  • Fattal report template and three sample reports (January, February, March 2026) — blocks the board report skill
  • Five-minute conversation about the ASSOULTANE price calculation — blocks price analytics
  • KBIS (under 3 months old) + a Gennevilliers utility bill — for Meta Business Verification

Long timelines already in motion:

  • Meta Business Verification: 3–7 business days, up to 3 weeks
  • ISP static IP + PTR: 3–10 business days (Jack’s ticket)
  • Framework Desktop: ordered, ETA this week
  • Pipedrive decommission: progressive rollout once the CRM is live and Rani has validated it in real conditions
